Earth Day Community Clean-Up
at the Arsenal Lands
Join us on Earth Day for a Community Clean Up!
Join Toronto and Region Conservation Authority and CreativeHub 1352 at the Small Arms Inspection Building to clean up the Arsenal Lands on Saturday, April 22nd from 10am to 12pm. With winter over, this is a great time to get outside with friends, family and community members and clean up our natural lands on Earth Day!
The Riverwood Conservancy will also be hosting a free birding workshop prior to the Clean Up from 9am to 10am. As the signs of spring begin to bloom, so do the songs of our feathered friends. Join us for a morning of birding and learn how to identify a variety of species by their unique mating calls and striking spring plumage. Enthusiasts of all experience levels are welcome to join, from beginners to seasoned experts. Come discover the joy of birding with us! Please register below, as space is limited!
Dress for the weather. This is a rain or shine event, unless severe weather is in the forecast. We recommend wearing all-weather shoes, or bringing a walking stick.
This is a free event, but registration is required. See you there!
