The Lakeview Farmers’ Market returns June 5th with new and returning vendors, like Fresh and Tasty Mushrooms [... confirm with Ian a few others who have committed 100%]. Running until November 27th, the Lakeview Farmers’ Market will feature live buskers, freshly brewed coffee from Art of the Bean, and a whole lot of fresh and organic produce and products from local producers and makers!

Environmental Programs

A big part of what we do at The Hub includes fostering educational and environmental sciences programming that supports the Arsenal Lands and Small Arms Inspection Building site. Growing our garden plots at the Ecosource Small Arms Community Garden and building relationships with our community members is just one of the things we do! In 2021 we planted, grew and harvested over 200 lbs of produce to The Compass Food Bank!

The CreativeHub 1352 Board of Directors recently recruited Jeff Muzzerall as our new Director of Environmental Initiatives. Jeff has been working this past winterwith Mississauga University of Toronto students from theEnvironmental Project Management courseto create potential future plans for The Hub’s environmental programs. We will have more news soon on future activities that we will need the community's involvement.
