I'm Andy, a 36-year-old Peruvian with 4 dogs living in Canada since August 2021. I have just completed my Master's in Education at Thompson Rivers University and I am working on my dissertation as an exit option: The barriers and challenges for homeless adults when accessing and completing formal education in Canada. I have 15 years of experience working in the non-profit, education, technology, and legal sectors doing fund development, grant writing and research, business development and marketing. I enjoy sharing knowledge and experiences, working in a team, and guiding others to achieve their best. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my dogs (my family), enjoying nature, reading, swimming, and cooking. I am so happy to join the CreativeHub 1352's family and I am ready to give more than my 100%.
