Strategic Plan

CreativeHub 1352’s new strategic plan is designed to build long-term resilience by enhancing its capacity to serve Mississauga’s rapidly evolving community. With the help of Roots & Rivers, the organization conducted in-depth consultations with community members, partners, Board and staff, to create a future-focused roadmap that reflects emerging needs, supports innovation, and ensures continued access to arts, culture, and heritage programs.
