Volunteers contemplating a career in event planning, logistics, or the food (fresh produce) industry will benefit by joining our planning team.

Skills and experience in one or more areas is welcome: - event planning - organizational (small business) - financial - education - agriculture/farming (esp. delivery to market/food handling & safety on site)
Computer skills (Excel, WORD, social media) are helpful in the areas of Market promotion, vendor tracking/billing, etc.
Connections with the local community and/or vendors will assist this initiative greatly
Logistical experience, namely ability to set up tables, tents and signage, plus tear down/site restoration.
Hours
FLEXIBLE. Market planning/prep independently and as a participant in team meetings, usually held on Tuesday evenings on Zoom. CH1352 requires adherence to deadlines for tasks/assignments and planning stages. The Farmers' Market is weekly on Sundays from 7AM to 3PM, during the Market season (from late May to end of November). Cooperating with other Committee members to ensure adequate attendance each week - a regular but FLEXIBLE schedule.
