David’s unique expertise is in executive search and management consulting and helps identify and recruit top executives in Canada. With more than 35 years of business experience, David has helped clients in a range of sectors, including financial services, post-secondary education, public and broader public sectors, life sciences, energy and technology. Candidates and clients often comment on the high level of communication they have with David during and after the search process. This added value ensures that the candidates meet – and exceed – client expectations. David is a graduate of the University of Toronto’s Trinity College, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours. His early years in sales and sales management roles with IBM andXerox shaped the foundation of his stellar career. Before turning his focus to executive search, David spent nearly a decade as an independent management consultant, specializing in product launch, product training and sales training. David’s role and amongst others will be supporting SAS with board/committee talent, training/development and undertaking various SAS projects. David is the proud father of four children. On summer weekends, you can find him spending time with his family at their cottage on Lake Huron, kicking back with a history book or gearing up for a run, a ride or a swim.
