About the event
Come enjoy nature with us, in an autumnal community walk along Mississauga's lakeshore! We will set out from the Small Arms Inspection Building and follow the Waterfront Trail toward the Jim Tovey Lakeview Conservation Area, taking in the changing landscape, fresh air and views of Lake Ontario along the way.
Pull on your comfiest shoes, grab your favourite beanie, and come spend some time outdoors with neighbours, friends and fellow community members. Feel free to bring along a sketchbook or camera if you’d like to capture a few moments from the walk or simply come as you are and enjoy the scenery and conversation. This is a relaxed, social walk designed to give us a chance to slow down, connect with our surroundings and enjoy the waterfront together. All are welcome!
