About the event
Join us for a welcoming and hands-on crochet workshop led by textile artist and educator Rosa Wharton.
In this two hour session, you will learn the basics of crochet or build on existing skills through guided practice. You will explore simple stitches, make 2-3 swatches using key stitches that every crocheter needs and techniques while creating your own piece, with plenty of time to ask questions and develop confidence.
Whether you are picking up a crochet hook for the first time or returning to a craft you love, this workshop offers a supportive space to learn at your own pace and enjoy the process of making.
This session is open to all levels (18+). No previous experience is needed. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please note: All materials will be provided.
About the Artist: Rosa Wharton is a mixed media textile artist and environmental scientist…
