About the event
Join us for an energizing and joyful dance workshop at the Small Arms Inspection Building, led by Asha Ponnachan. In this engaging two hour session, you will explore a fusion of contemporary movement and classical Indian dance styles. Through rhythm, flow, and guided choreography, you will be invited to connect with your body, release tension, and move with confidence and ease.
This workshop is designed for varying abilities, with a focus on comfort, expression, and joy. Dance is a powerful way to boost mood, improve mobility and flexibility, and build a sense of connection, so come ready to move and enjoy the experience.
Please note: Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow for easy movement. No materials are required.
This welcoming session is open to all levels (18+). No previous experience is needed. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult
