Come ready to move, express, and connect! In this energizing and joyful dance workshop led by Asha Ponnachan, you will explore a fusion of contemporary movement and classical Indian dance styles. Through rhythm, flow, and guided choreography, you will be invited to connect with your body, release tension, and move with confidence and ease.
This workshop is designed for varying abilities, with a focus on comfort, expression, and joy. Dance is a powerful way to boost mood, improve mobility and flexibility, and build a sense of connection, so come ready to move and enjoy the experience.
Please note: Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and shoes that allow for easy movement. No materials are required.
