About the event
Workshop Description: This workshop is an accessible introduction to landscape and multimedia art through “painting” with yarn. If one can cut string and apply glue, they can create a beautiful tactile landscape. This workshop will gently guide participants as they cut and glue different textures of yarn into simple shapes that incorporate a natural landscape of their choice. As yarn is a soft, pliant and fluid material, this unconventional “painting” method is a fun, relaxing and novel art experience.
Age Range: Youth 14+, Adult
