Margot Stevens
Executive Director
Margot's background in non-profit management was actually built in the international development sector, where she managed health and education programs in East Africa and South Asia. From that work, she brings her experience in strategic and operational planning, performance planning and reporting, and stakeholder engagement to CreativeHub's programming and advocacy for community-centred arts and culture.
Margot initially became a fan of CreativeHub 1352 while attending the Festival of Trees, and was intrigued by the transformation of the Small Arms Inspection Building into an immersive showcase of independent and emerging artists' work. Soon after, she joined the Board, and considers it an honour to have been able to contribute to the growth of the organization, and to lead it into a very exciting time as our programming and connections with our community continue to find new expression.
Margot has been a resident of Port Credit for almost 20 years, where she is currently being raised by her two Gen Z children.
