CreativeHub 1352 will soon be accepting proposals for Tree Installations for the Mississauga Festival of Trees. The Festival will run from December 4th - 13th at the Small Arms Inspection Building.

APPLICATIONS OPENING JULY 30th, 2026

There is a new theme this year Imagining Sustainable Futures and an additional sculpture category, the small format will prioritize early stage artists. Be sure to read through the information package for this year's details.

Applications for the 2026 MFT Tree Installations will close August 31st @ midnight EST.

Artist/Organizational Statement (250 word max):

Please provide a brief description of your proposed installation (500 word max).

Please provide a Technical Description of your proposed work (250 word max). This should include a preliminary list of all foreseeable technical requirements including equipment and materials necessary for installation.

Add your budget here. The budget will indicate roughly how much your project will cost to create and install, itemized by category (artist fees, materials, transportation, etc.).

Please include 8-10 images to supplement your proposal. These can include technical sketches, images of your proposed materials, past work, etc. You may also include links to video and/or audio files. Please include a Google Drive folder or Dropbox folder containing the visual support material.

Please check that the settings on the folder are public access to anyone with the link.
